 Sedentary jobs require continuous wrist movements, which can cause tension in your hands. Rotate your wrist in both directions to relieve your muscles

 Chair squats

 Sitting in one place for a long time can stiffen your back and leg muscles. Do squats using your chair to relax your muscles and improve the blood flow

 Leg Raises

 Folding your legs for too long can cause numbness due to the compression of nerves. Sit upright and do leg raises to let the blood flow

 Go for a short walk

 Take breaks in between and go for a  short walk around the office to loosen up your muscles and become active
